The Nandi Group boasts an in-house construction team, equipped with its own machinery and equipment, enabling us to undertake both self-owned projects and contractual works efficiently. We have accomplished tremendous work in developing layouts and roads. Our enhanced popularity stems from the successful completion and handover of 350 plots of various dimensions in Periyapatna & Mysore.
In line with government initiatives such as the Prime Minister Awas Yojana, which aims to provide Housing for all by 2024, and the Government of Karnataka’s Affordable Housing Policy 2016, we have designed projects for affordable houses to cater to the demand from lower-income groups.
