Roads
Our layouts feature well-engineered concrete roads (30' & 40' wide) constructed with specifications that include robust compaction, wet mix macadam (WMM) as a base course, and M20 grade concrete. We also incorporate kerbs to maintain road profiles.
Water Supply
We provide independent and reliable water supply systems, often utilizing deep tube wells and Overhead/Underground Storage Reservoirs (UGSR) to ensure consistent potable drinking water. Our networks utilize high-quality HDPE and centrifugally cast iron ductile pipes.
Sewerage System
Our projects include well-designed sewerage networks with PVC 3-layer pipes and efficient Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) for treating wastewater, which can then be reused for dual plumbing and greenery, minimizing environmental impact.
Storm Water Drainage
We implement state-of-the-art storm water drainage systems, primarily through Artificial Ground Water Recharge Systems and rainwater reverse bore harvesting, to effectively manage heavy rainfall and replenish groundwater.

Electrification is carried out as per CHESCOM designs and specifications, including the provision of transformers, underground LT cables, and a well-planned street lighting system with energy-efficient LED lamps.
